I was born in the East Farthing town of Deephallow, to Mungo Moresby and Lila Loamsdown. I am of Stoorish origin, that is why I will often be found near the river banks, swimming or fishing. The name Moresby comes from the word morass, which means marsh land. This makes sence, because the Moresby family has lived near the Overbourne Marshes for centuries. I fish for a living, and at times sell maps. I am told that I am a rather good cook, so stop by sometime for a meal, some pints, and a good tale or two. I have remained in the town of my ancestors, and plan to for a very long time to come.
